Q: Do natural markings or colour variations qualify for returns?
No. Natural leather variations—including slight colour differences, patina development, or natural marks such as tick bites, scars, or wrinkles—are part of the authentic character of leather and are not considered defects.


Q: Can I return custom engraved products?
No. Custom engraved or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.


Q: How are refunds handled?
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding approval. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method (excluding shipping fees).
