Q: What does custom laser engraving involve?
Laser engraving is a process where we permanently etch your chosen wording, logo, or design onto the leather surface using precision laser technology. This creates a subtle, lasting mark that won’t peel or fade.

Q: Can I return or exchange an engraved product?
No. All engraved or personalized products are strictly non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, unless there is an unrepairable manufacturing fault.

Q: Can I choose where the engraving will be placed?
Yes, you may request a specific placement. However,

  • We reserve the right to adjust the positioning if your selected area is not suitable due to product size, design, or leather characteristics.

  • If no placement is specified, engraving will be done in one of our standard engraving areas.

Q: Can I use any design or artwork for engraving?

  • No emoticons or emojis can be engraved.

  • If you wish to use a logo or custom artwork, it must be supplied in solid black on a white background, in PDF, JPEG, or PNG format (high-resolution preferred).

  • We cannot recreate or clean up complex designs, so please ensure your artwork is ready for engraving.

Q: Will engraving affect delivery times?
Engraving may add additional lead time to your order’s shipping, depending on our current production schedule.
